Objective:
The objective of this consultancy is to support the Education Section in coordinating some key interventions with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, both at the central and decentral level. This consultancy will be under the supervision of the Education Specialist, System Strengthening and Skills Development.
Methodology:
This consultancy will be office-based with some field visits, when needed and authorized by the direct contract supervisor. This consultancy will also coordinate some cross-sectoral interventions and will collaborate with other UNICEF’s sections and colleagues to ensure alignment and ownership.

Duty Station
The consultant will be office-based at UNICEF Egypt with travel to targeted governorates.
Timeframe
The consultant is required for a total of 6.5 months.
Start date: January 15th, 2021 End date: July 30th , 2021
As a long-term consultancy with on-going responsibilities throughout the consultancy timeframe, the consultant will be paid on a monthly basis on submission of the monthly deliverables.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

- Advanced degree in education, public administration, public policy, project management or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of professional work experience in development field with specific focus on Education working with international organizations
- Experience in trainings, digital learning, and management programs is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a requirement.
