Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of a Vice President – Program Effectiveness. This position leads and supports the development of HFHI’s overall program quality and impact and technical branding and evidence of impact across private and public revenue streams. This individual collaborates and partners with Area Vice Presidents and National Offices and ensure quality and timely program implementation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate and contribute as a member of the HFHI, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Operations Leadership Team (OLT)
- Accountability for departmental plans and related budgets
- Executive sponsorship of key cross – functional initiatives

Development and oversight of global technical program strategies role
Key Requirements:
-
Master’s degree or equivalent
-
Minimum 10 years of global management experience with at least 5 years at a strategic leadership level

Experience managing and leading diverse technical teams in the international development/humanitarian sector

Experience working in a developing country context

Excellent communication skills

Model and promote HFHI’s Christian faith focused mission, vision, values and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

Ability and willingness to travel 20-25%
