I’m Ananya Dewan , completed my Bachelor’s (2022) & Master’s (2023) in Health Economics ,university of Dhaka. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a foundation in health economics principles, policy analysis, public health and quantitative research methodologies. My coursework and projects have equipped me with the ability to analyze economic applications in real-world problems, complex healthcare systems, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and assess the impact of various health interventions.
I had the privilege of working at Health Economics Unit, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, on SSK (Shasthyo Surakhsa Karmasuchi) project for 3 months.

I had the privilege of working at Health Economics Unit, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, on SSK (Shasthyo Surakhsa Karmasuchi) project that explored to provide free of cost healthcare in BPL(below poverty line) populations. This experience enhanced my proficiency in developing questionnaire, and honed my skills in data collection, data input, economic analysis, and report writing also strengthened my understanding of real-world application of Health Economics. The project’s findings were presented at Health Economics Unit, MOHFW conference, demonstrating my ability to communicate research outcomes effectively to policymakers & stakeholders. Also I was
awarded as their one of best Field Performer.
