Experience / Training
Education and skills
- Masters Degree in Public Policy, Public Health, International Affairs and development or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of global health and / or aids, tuberculosis and malaria policies, foreign and European policies
- A minimum of six years of experience in global health or a related field with a demonstrated experience in managing and leading projects
- Ability to balance and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good knowledge level of measurement, learning, and evaluation – Experienced with tools and systems that support organizations to implement measurement, learning and evaluation
- Creativity and agility in analyzing challenges and identifying strategic approaches
- Strong working relationships and ability to work collaboratively as a member of Friends of the Global Fund Europe team and its allies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Langages
- Compulsory: English – French. Fluent in German/Italian would be an asset
Intermittent domestic and international travels
Salary
Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
