Position purpose:
To lead in the development of Dana Asia’s monitoring and evaluation of projects to measure social impact, as well as to examine appropriate and transparent usage of donor funds.**
Main duties:

Lead in the monitoring and evaluation of all Dana Asia’s projects in the Philippines.**

Develop the DA M&E framework in coordination with the DA Project Team and develop into a practical tool that can be used to effectively monitor impact and independent examination of project spending.**

Make recommendations on project development, based on M&E findings.**

Collect baseline data for comparison.**

Conduct regular monitoring visits to DA project sites to collect quantitative data and provide monthly updates on project impact against agreed criteria**

Conduct financial auditing of project funding to ensure funds are being spent as per the project plan.**

Conduct social impact surveys and collect case studies.**

Coordinate between DA partners in-country and in-particular in Cambodia and the Philippines, to collect data for partner-led projects.**

Prepare quarterly full M&E reports to go to the DA Senior Management and Board.**

Prepare for and conduct periodic evaluations of projects, based on monitoring data collected each month.**

Join and contribute to DA staff meetings, as required.**
Experience and skills desired:

Experience in conducting M&E in similar projects**

Experience in internal auditing so as to detect mis-appropriation or mis-management of funds**

Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)

Good computer skills, including all Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills and an enquiring mind with proactive work ethic

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative whilst being very transparent in terms of findings

Be a strong team player
