EMERGENCY ROSTER : UN.E COORDINATEUR·TRICE LOGISTIQUE/LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – MULTI-PAYS/COUNTRY

VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

En étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de coordination de la mission, le principal objectif de votre mission sera d’assurer le leadership et la coordination de l’ensemble des activités logistiques afin de fournir une réponse d’urgence rapide et de qualité lors de déploiement d’urgence.
Plus en détails vous devrez notamment :

• Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie Logistique de réponse d’urgence de la mission
• Coordonner la Logistique Urgence au niveau National
• Encadrer les équipes logistiques Urgence (hiérarchique et fonctionnel)
• Assurer la coordination d’ACF d’un point de vue logistique avec les différents acteurs et départements

Working closely with the mission coordination team, the main objective of your mission will be to provide leadership and coordination of all logistical activities in order to provide a rapid and quality emergency response during emergency deployments.
In more detail, you will be asked to :

• Contribute to the definition of the mission’s Emergency Response Logistics strategy
• Coordinate Emergency Logistics at the National Level
• Supervise emergency logistics teams (hierarchical and functional)
• Ensure ACF’s coordination from a logistical point of view with the different actors and departments

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure en logistique ou de type BIOFORCE. Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dont 2 ans en tant que coordinateur.trice logistique dans une ONG, acquise idéalement en contexte d’urgence. Grande mobilité. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
You have a higher education in logistics or BIOFORCE type. You have at least 5 years of successful professional experience, including 2 years as a logistics coordinator in an NGO, ideally acquired in an emergency context. Great mobility. Fluency in French and English.

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

Contrat expatrié/Expatriate Contract :

• 3 à 12 semaines contrat à durée déterminée d’usage de droit français / 3 to 12 weeks fixed term contract under French legislation

Rémunération et bénéfices/salary :

• Salaire mensuel brut d’entrée de 2450 à 2800 EUR en fonction de l’expérience / Monthly gross salary from 2450 to 2800 EUR upon experience
• Per diem et frais de vie/ Per diem and living allowance : en fonction des pays affectés / regarding assigned countries
• Allocation liée au contexte sécuritaire du pays affecté / country allowance linked to the securitarian context of the assigned country
• • 16% of monthly gross salary as reimbursement of retirement insurance for non-French citizen.
• • Child allowance

Transport et logement/Transportation and accommodation :

• Prise en charge des déplacements vers et sur le lieu de travail / Coverage of transportation costs to and in the mission.
• Chambre individuelle dans logement collectif pris en charge (préciser si logement individuel) / Individual room in guesthouse covered

Couverture médicale/ Medical coverage :

• 100% de couverture des frais médicaux + assurance rapatriement / 100% coverage of medical expenses + repatriation insurance.

Congés et RnR / Leaves and RnR:

• 25 jours de congés payés par an / 25 days of paid leaves per year.
• • 20 RTT par an / + 20 RnR per year.
• Prise en charge des titres de transports vers la zone de récupération de référence /Coverage of the transportation expenses to the RnR area of reference
