RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible to coordinate the implementation of ACF’s Mental Health, Care Practices, and Gender Protection program in Rakhine State and guarantee the quality, relevance, and cost-effectiveness of the MHCP component, in line with ACF’s and international standards and national policies.

More precisely, you will have to:

  • Oversee the overall implementation of the MHCPGP activities in Rakhine State
  • Supervise, manage and build the technical capacity of the MHCPGP teams
  • Ensure the quality, accountability, and impact measurement process of his/her program
  • Contribute to the identification of needs and the formulation of on-going and upcoming project proposals
  • Participate in the coordination, representation, and partnerships of ACF in his/her area of intervention
  • Contribute to gender and protection mainstreaming

REQUESTED PROFILE

You hold a Master Clinical psychology with professional experience is compulsory (ideally previous experience of MHPSS work in the humanitarian sector).
You have got strong clinical capacity building & training skills.
You have got experience in program management and implementation, you have strong experience in the management team. Having experience in behavior change and barrier analysis desirable.
You are a good team worker, capacity to work in collaboration with others on integrated health and nutrition programs
You have got cultural sensitivity and experience working in conflict-sensitive areas
Knowledge of Gender & Protection Issues and the ability to integrate them into MHCPGP activities is an asset.
Fluency in English written/spoken is compulsory.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY

  • 12 months fixed term contract under French legislation
  • Monthly gross salary from 2010 to 2335EUR upon experience
  • Monthly per diem and living allowance: 597USD net, field paid
    Monthly country allowance: 300EUR
    16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
  • Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
  • Medical coverage: 100% coverage of medical expenses and repatriation insurance
    Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, and 215 EUR at each RnR period
