Main Purpose of the job
General Maintenance, Planned and Reactive of Diesel and Petrol Engine of Generators and Small Machinery.
Roles and responsibilities / what will the jobholder be expected to achieve:
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Day to Day maintenance (DDM) in residential accommodation and offices.
• Working to agreed schedules and timescales and compliant with FCDO regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
• Repairing and Maintenance Diesel Engine Generators
• Repairing and Maintenance Petrol Machinery’s engine.
• Assisting and help with Mechanic when and where required.
• Able to work overtime as and when required.
• Should be well familiar in handling of Fuels

- At least 3 years’ experience on Diesel and Petrol Engine.
- Having awareness and knowledge pipe and duct legging.
- Certification or professional training of auto mechanic
- LTV Driving Licence

For BHC candidates, the Country Based Staff BHC Terms & Conditions will apply.
For other than BHC candidates the basic salary will be PKR 115,873 per month. This salary is non-negotiable.

Additionally, The British High Commission contributes to a retirement provision in the form of a mandatory provident fund.
