Watershed Progressive is seeking a Senior Licensed Landscape Architect to lead the design and technical execution of regenerative landscape and water management projects across California.
This role is responsible for overseeing site design, preparing construction documents and Water Management Plans, coordinating with clients and consultants, and mentoring design staff. The position works closely with creative, engineering, and construction teams to ensure high-quality, ecologically grounded outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Landscape Architect license (required)
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Extensive experience producing landscape designs and construction documentation
- Strong knowledge of site planning, grading, planting design, and water systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead design teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000–$145,000, DOE
- Paid vacation / Paid Holidays
- Annual training stipend
