Introduction
SCOPE OF THE TENDER: The United Nations Global Disability Fund (GDF), hosted by UNDP BPPS/Governance, invites qualified companies or media platforms to submit proposals for the provision of global stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and high-level engagement support services. The selected contractor will support the global positioning and implementation of the GDF Strategy 2025–2030 through targeted stakeholder engagement, thought leadership content, strategic visibility activities, and support to a flagship high-level global conference. The assignment includes the development and dissemination of high-impact multimedia content, facilitation of engagement with donors, policymakers, and global influencers, and delivery of a comprehensive stakeholder mapping to strengthen partnerships, influence global policy discussions, and promote disability inclusion as a cross-cutting priority across development, climate, and humanitarian agendas.
