Introduction

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify commercial suppliers in Rome, Italy that can provide long‑term office space (both serviced and unfurnished traditional leases) for an initial 12‑month period, subject to extension, and who can accept UNDP General Terms & Conditions (GTCs). This RFI is not a solicitation and will not result in a contract award. UNDP may use responses to inform a subsequent competitive RFQ or RFP.

Vendors must submit responses exclusively via the Quantum Supplier Portal and confirm their ability to register in Quantum.
