Introduction

Supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and training for one (1) Mobile Operations Centre (MOC) / Mobile Command Centre 
Overall Configuration: 
One (1) complete Mobile Operations Centre configured as either: 
  • Option A – Self-propelled vehicle: 4 x4 right-hand-drive command vehicle (van, light/medium truck or similar) suitable for Seychelles’ narrow, winding roads and parking constraints;
  • Option B – Towable trailer: Multi-axle command trailer designed to be towed by a suitable 4×4 truck (tow vehicle to be supplied if required).
The Mobile Operations Centre (MOC) will function as a forward extension of the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) operated by DRDM. It will provide a self-contained platform for incident command, multi-agency coordination, and real-time information management at or near affected areas, particularly along narrow, winding coastal and hillside roads where access is constrained and infrastructure is vulnerable to damage
