Introduction

UNDP Office of Procurement (OP), Crisis, Climate and Infrastructure Team (CCIT) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid following the General Conditions of the Contract and Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). 


The purpose of the ITB is to set up a multiple non-binding Global Long-Term Agreements for Supply Agricultural Tractors and Construction Machineries with estimated contract value of USD 10 million for 3 years covering five (5) regional areas under three (3) LOTS and ten (10) SUBLOTS. Partial Bids are allowed for this ITB. Bidders can submit price quotes for one or several SUBLOTS as specified in Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements. Bidders must offer bids for at least one (1) SUBLOT, ensuring supply coverage for at least 2 countries in one region.

LOT A – Agricultural Tractors
Sublot A1: Small/Utility Agricultural Tractor
Sublot A2: Medium Agricultural Tractor
Sublot A3:  Heavy Utility Agricultural Tractor

LOT B – Construction Machineries
Sublot B1:    Backhoe
Sublot B2:    Wheel Loader 
Sublot B3:    Excavator 
Sublot B4:  Skid Steer 

LOT C – Trucks
Sublot C1:    Dump Tipper Truck
Sublot C2:    Truck-Mounted Crane Behind Cab
Sublot C3:    Truck-Mounted Aerial Lift

Time and time zone: 16 00 hr. Kuala Lumpur time zone (GMT+8)
