UNDP-TLS-00316 Local Individual Consultant (IC) – Graphic Designer and Video Maker

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of a Local Individual Consultant (IC) – Graphic Designer and Video Maker  will design print‑ready guidelines/posters for infrastructure maintenance, capture and edit high‑quality photos and videos of CIReP activities across Bobonaro, Ermera, Liquica, and RAEOA, produce short thematic videos with Tetum and English subtitles, create infographics showcasing project impacts, film interviews with stakeholders and beneficiaries, and coordinate closely with the project team on schedules, scripts, and field activities, while participating in regular progress meetings and delivering all final multimedia products as outlined in the TOR. UNDP therefore hereby invite interested and qualified individuals to submit an offer for this particular assignment.

Period of assignment/services: The assignment should be completed within a period of eight months from contract issuance. 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
