Priest in Charge/Rector

Are you an experienced leader? Do you have a track-record of leading change and inspiring growth? Are you passionate about sharing the love of God through word and action? We are three churches in North Essex who are looking to grow in faith, love, and unity. We are seeking a Priest in Charge (who will be appointed as Rector following pastoral reorganisation) for the next stage in our journey together.

We are seeking someone who is:

• an effective leader who will help us grow in our life together at this exciting time.

• able to lead engaging worship in both traditional and contemporary expressions.

• excited by opportunities in our schools, areas of new housing, and across the community.

• equipped to help us to be a blessing to our communities.

• a dedicated and experienced team which currently includes self-supporting and retired clergy, Readers, LLMS, Authorised Local Preachers, Churchwardens, pastoral visitors, and two part-time administrators.
