UNDP kindly requests your quotation for Electromechanical Works for Upgrading of the Main Slipway Winch System at the Seaport of Aden, Aden Yemen as detailed in line items section of this RFQ. 

 1.      Pre-Bid meeting

Pre-bid meeting:	Optional Bidder who are interested to join the pre-bid meeting shall send an email to procurement.yemen@undp.org, with email subject: (Pre-Bid meeting UNDP-YEM-00642), then mentioning the company details including the email and name who shall attend the pre-bid meeting. Hours before the meeting, UNDP will send zoom link for all interested.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted  directly in the system responding to the questions and uploading required documents. by the date and time indicated in the online portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
