SCOPE OF TENDER

Context of the Work/Service

 i.     Collaborate with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Recyclers and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to advocate about the Safai Mitra Helpline / NAMASTE Helpline, connect 5,000 Safai Mitras, enabling their linkage with the Safai Mitra Helpline / NAMASTE Helpline.

 ii.   Linkage of 2000 Safai Mitras with at least 2 Government schemes for Health, Pension, education, Financial Inclusion, and other Social Security schemes. Priority to be given on NAMASTE Scheme enumeration (At least 40% of the project participants covered under the programme should be women)

 iii.  Setting up of Mobile Facilitation Van for institutionalizing services in the community to deliver free-of-cost services to up to 500 Safai Mitras out of the above 2000 Safai Mitras mentioned in point ii, focusing on scheme linkages, ID corrections, and awareness dissemination.
