Dear Sir/Madam,

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby invites prospective vendors to submit an offer in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference.

This consultancy is for “Design and conduct of a training workshop on countering hate speech for the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina”
