Introduction
El Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo, en adelante denominado PNUD, invita por la presente a los oferentes interesados a presentar una oferta de conformidad con las Condiciones Generales del Contrato y el Cuadro de Requisitos, según se establece en la presente Invitación a Licitar (ITB).
Objetivo:
El Programa de las Naciones Unidas en Panamá desean suscribir UN Acuerdo a Largo Plazo (LTA) proporcionar servicio de transporte, con conductor y seguros, a estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
Se llevará a cabo una conferencia previa a la licitación con los siguientes detalles:
