Introduction
UNDP Bhutan is seeking proposals from the eligible and qualified International Consulting firm in Developing Sustainable Disclosure Framework and Guidelines for Bhutan. While preparing your proposals, you are encouraged to review the requirements of the assignment in the attached Terms of Reference.
The objective of the assignment is to develop Sustainability Disclosure Framework and Guidelines for listed companies and State-Owned Enterprises (SoEs) in Bhutan based on the approach of financial and impact materiality (i.e. double materiality). The framework and guidelines will be developed by the international firm in close coordination with UNDP CO and Technical Working Group (TWG) members for the Finance Solution.
Scope of Work
The scope of this assignment is to: lead planning, development and delivery of sustainability disclosure framework; develop a sustainability disclosure guideline including metrics and reporting template; develop training manual for implementation; provide capacity development (ToT) to TWG members and relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the sustainability framework, guidelines, and reporting matrices.
