Introduction


The consulting firm will work closely with UNDP’s Private Sector Unit and the Inclusive Green Business Portfolio to activate and deliver UNDP Malawi’s Bronze Partnership benefits at AIS 2026. The scope is organized in line with the Sponsorship Benefits Package Agreement with NABII Zambia.

1. Participation and Engagement
•  Coordinate the allocation and utilization of the four (4) complimentary full-access summit passes for UNDP Malawi representatives and/or selected delegates.
•  Facilitate UNDP Malawi’s participation in a thematic panel discussion at the Summit, subject to programme alignment and scheduling by NABII Zambia.
•  Lead the curation of a breakout session on behalf of UNDP Malawi.
2.  Visibility and Branding
•  Coordinate the submission of UNDP Malawi’s high-resolution logo in EPS (print) and JPEG (web) formats within the stipulated deadline to ensure listed acknowledgment on the AIS 2026 website, summit brochures, and all official marketing materials.
•  Confirm and verify that UNDP Malawi’s company logo is displayed on event slides and selected summit materials in accordance with the sponsorship agreement.
•  Coordinate the activation of one on-site branding opportunity through banner placement in the designated sponsor area at Ciela Resort, Lusaka.
3.  Communications and Media
•  Coordinate the publication of one custom LinkedIn recognition graphic highlighting UNDP Malawi’s Bronze Partnership with AIS 2026.
•  Facilitate and prepare content for the one (1) Voices of Impact podcast feature secured under the Bronze Partnership, ensuring Malawi’s angel ecosystem development narrative is effectively communicated to a continental audience.

•  Coordinate UNDP Malawi’s full participation across all applicable Summit activities, including plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and official networking sessions throughout the duration of AIS 2026.
5.  Post-Event Benefits
•  Liaise with NABII Zambia to ensure UNDP Malawi’s inclusion in the AIS 2026 post-event acknowledgement report.
