Duration: 18 May 2026 -31 August 2026 (estimated 30 days)

Duty station: Yerevan, Armenia (home-based)

The objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive, evidence-based analysis of the policy, legal and budgetary framework governing pro bono legal services in Armenia. The analysis will: (i) assess the existing regulatory and institutional environment affecting legal services; (ii) identify gaps and challenges affecting the sustainability and development of pro bono legal services; and (iii) propose practical and implementable reform options aimed at enabling and strengthening legal services and pro bono legal services as a complementary mechanism to the state-guaranteed legal aid system. The analysis shall be presented in a clear, structured and policy-oriented format, with a strong focus on actionable and implementable recommendations.

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
