Ashor Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development (ARD) is seeking a qualified Community Dialogue & Peacebuilding Consultant to provide technical expertise for dialogue facilitation, mediation, and civil–security engagement activities under the project “From Control to Trust: Rebuilding Citizen–State Relations and Community Stability in Salah al‑Din.”

The consultant will support the design and implementation of structured dialogue platforms, mediation labs, leadership engagement, and accountability simulations aimed at rebuilding trust between citizens and state actors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and apply dialogue and mediation methodologies to local contexts
  • Support planning and facilitation of community‑security dialogue sessions
  • Provide technical guidance for inclusive tribal mediation processes
  • Integrate women and youth perspectives into dialogue and mediation activities
  • Support the development of interview frameworks for provincial leadership engagement
  • Contribute to civil security accountability and simulation workshops
  • Ensure conflict‑sensitive, inclusive, and Do‑No‑Harm approaches
  • Provide technical inputs, tools, and frameworks aligned with project objectives
