Invitation to Pre-qualify (hereinafter: ITP) – EU4Schools Programme– Construction Works Country: Albania The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Albania would like to invite registered companies (solely or as a part of Joint Venture/ Consortium/ Association Agreement) to submit their interest in pre-qualification and possible inclusion in the process of: Repair and Reconstruction of Education Facilities in the 11 Municipalities affected by the 26th November 2019 Earthquake Registered and interested companies are required to provide the following details: • Legal status and profile • Mandate, policies and governance • Technical capacity • Managerial capacity • Administrative capacity • Financial capacity • Documents from the eligibility criteria requirements 1.1. Pre-qualification application process All applicants that wish to participate in the process are requested to submit all the required documentation not later than 31 March 2021 at 14:00 hrs. local Tirana time at the following address: Web address Link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org Business Unit (BU Code): ALB10 Event ID number: 0000008687 Applications not submitted via the e-Tendering system will not be considered. For detailed submission instructions please see the clause 2.8 Submission of Applications. At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Prequalification applications, UNDP may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by Applicants, modify the Prequalification Application and its attachments by amendment, including through provision of supplementary information. The amendment will be posted on UNDP E-Tendering portal. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITP by using the “Accept Invitation” function in e-Tendering system. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITP. The information provided will be used to access your suitability to qualify for above mentioned services. Please note that only pre-qualified applicants will be contacted. 1.2. Information Meeting UNDP will organize two virtual informational meetings in order to address applicants Q&A and to provide a better picture of the project requirement to allow applicants to come up with realistic applications.
