DT Global is engaged by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to manage the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program. BCEP represents a significant investment in promoting participatory democracy in PNG, with a goal to strengthen citizen-government engagement for improved service delivery and provision of public goods.

The Role
Develop and deliver high-quality video and graphic design products that translate strategic messages into compelling, audience-focused content, working collaboratively with communications teams to support awareness, engagement and behavior change objectives across Papua New Guinea.

About You
You are a creative and technically skilled visual communications professional with extensive experience producing high-quality video, photography and graphic design products for diverse audiences. You have a strong track record of translating complex ideas into compelling visual stories, managing projects from concept to delivery, and creating content for a range of platforms and channels. A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you are proficient in industry-standard production and design software, fluent in English and Tok Pisin, and willing to travel throughout Papua New Guinea to capture impactful content that supports strategic communication objectives.
