UNDP-TLS-00344-Local Individual Consultant for Open Government  Partnership

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of a Local Individual Consultant for the Open Government Partnership (OGP). The consultant will support the Government of Timor-Leste and relevant stakeholders in establishing an inclusive OGP process and will contribute to the development of the country’s National Action Plan (NAP).

Period of assignment/services : Approximately 40 working days within a period of 6 

months 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
