Minimum age: 25 years old. Nationals of the country of assignment are not eligible, except the assignments in Headquarters duty stations.
Under the cluster coordinator, the incumbent provides technical support in the overall donor and performance reporting and external relations functions and in alignment with the Entity’s Biennial workplan. S/he is responsible for project identification and design in coordination with technical and operations clusters. S/he monitors reporting deadlines and ensure overall timely donor and office performance monitoring reporting and participates actively in external relations related activities.
The incumbent is assigned to including:
• Drafting donor proposals and other appeals documents to be used as an advocacy and fundraising tools
• Research the interest and applications requirements of main donors and other sources of funding to the country
• Provide support in developing relevant workplans and leading the coordination of the annual performance monitoring and assessment and other corporate reports; and including the preparation of reports; ensuring up-to-date information to monitor progress and performance; management of guidance and tools to monitor programme and project performance
• Maintain effective partnerships with project stakeholders to exchange critical and technical information and ensure results reporting (i.e; ensure that project managers in other clusters provide required data and information) and forge innovative working relationships with external partners
• Support the preparation of relevant written outputs for resource mobilization e.g., briefs, draft background papers, analysis, sections of reports and studies and other inputs to technical publications and provide assistance for the preparation of technical documents for Governing Bodies meetings;
• Manages the organization of cluster’s events and coordinates preparations for other events and partners’ forums.
• Performs other relevant duties as requested by supervisor
Master degree or equivalent
Essential: Master Degree in Public health or Business administration.
Desirable: specialized training in project management.

Demonstrated experience in project management at the national or international level.
Experience with the United Nations system is an advantage, as is experience abroad.
Demonstrated ability to develop written outputs such as reports, articles, news releases, minutes, web stories and presentation supports
