Objectives:
Overall, the National Consultant is expected to provide administrative and programmatic support to UNDP Programme Analyst, in establishing the first Viet Nam Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform (VCESP) and contributing to the implementation of different projects on plastic/waste management, and circular economy
