We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the wider Recruitment team, enabling the effective delivery of generalist Recruitment support to our business partners across the organisation. In addition, the role supports the Recruitment team in advertising vacancies on external job boards and other administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and producing recruitment advertising metrics for HR teams.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Ability to deal in a tactful and professional manner with confidential information and sensitive situations.
• Team player, with strong interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Good IT skills – ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, email, internet.
• Ability to self-motivate and remain focused during administrative tasks.

Flexfam:
