T210403 – 01 National Consultant – Citylab Architect

 

Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant – Citylab Architect       ​ 

(Ref: T210403)  

The main objective of the consultant is to design the experiment lead by the Da Nang CityLab Task Force. It is in this respect that the scope of work covers the following:

  • Assist in selecting locations for hosting the experiment; provide justification for the selection
  • Design the layout and detailed description of the experiment.
  • Overall design, structure, façade and architectural plans
  •  The detailed design should consist of at least following information: overall theme of the experiment; layout of different activities/events by time; concept lighting system; overall decoration designs (including materials, mapping, etc); 3D design of the whole experiment (only for the experiment) ; estimated budget for key items for the experiment, etc…
  • Prepare the narratives for the design of the experiment
  • Present the proposed design to relevant stakeholders and revise the design accordingly
