Training/Experience:
Bac + 5 or equivalent
Are required:
Several years of experience in complex project management,
A functional management experience,
An excellent knowledge of MSF including Headquarters, Regional Support and Field,
Excellent understanding of the L&D issues, apprenticeship and staff’s career follow-up (HQ & field) at OCP,
An ability to embody the principles of Ways of Working and of OCP’s vision of the L&D
Languages: Current English or French (C1). The other of the two languages must be mastered.
Skills and abilities:
Project management and its tools. Change management and its tools.
Know-how related to Learning & Development.
Budget monitoring.
Leadership, sense of dialogue, listening quality and excellent relationships. Negotiating ability.
Salary
Status: 12-month full-time or 4/5 contract.
Executive position, based in Paris (autre location tostudy).
Telework possible (number of days to be defined).
Conditions :
(if based in France) 54,02Keuros gross per yearover 13 months. 22 days of RTT per year. Complementary health care covered 100% by Médecins Sans Frontières. Restaurant titles with a face value of 9 euros (supported at 60% by Médecins Sans Frontières). Participation to 50% of public transport cost for Paris and Ile de France area.
Position to be filled: early May 2021.
