Progresso APM Consulting is looking for a secretary to keep the organization of the company running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function.
Tasks/responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary;
– File and update contact information of employees, clients, and external partners;
– Develop and maintain a filing system;
– Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders;
– Logging or processing bills or expenses;
– Upload of accounting data in the management system;
– Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients;
Requirements:
– Excellent written and spoken French language proficiency (mother tongue level), proficiency of Italian, English is a plus;
– At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant;
– Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques;
– High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Proficiency in MS Office;
– Integrity and professionalism;
What we offer:
– Contract type: 6 months with possibility of extension;
– Working hours: full time
