HR Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Employee Relations

  • Maintain confidential employee P-files starting from collecting employee files during onboarding

Contract management

  • Work with employee and CITDC regarding contract new sign and renewal
  • Respond to internal HR related requests and provide assistance on any inquiries and documentations of Social Insurance, housing fund, medical reimbursement, IIT, HR certifications, etc
  • Support all HR related documentations from CITDC on information filter and stamp application

Talent Acquisition

  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment cycle and facilitate the selection process
  • Support job posting, job portal maintenance and interview arrangements
  • Utilize a variety of tools and recruiting networks to identify suitable candidates
  • Help Assist to conduct WRI’s talent pipeline and improve sourcing tactics
  • Recruitment report and updates
  • Support onboarding process and documentation collection for both WRI internal and CITDC once the candidate is selected, coordinate new employee inquiries

Intern Management

  • Responsible for end-to-end Intern Management from hiring to termination
  • Responsible for Intern related documentation management, including Interns’ P-file maintenance and Intern certifications issue
  • Work with Intern supervisors for any outstanding issues from Interns
  • Be an HR advisor to avoid any HR risk during hiring and using an Intern

Salary Distribution

  • Implement the first round of payroll and bonus calculation and deliver to HR Manager for checking
  • Raise Payment Request every month to ensure salary distribution on time
  • Work with CITDC with annual social insurance and housing fund base adjustment

HR information System

  • Keep HRIS (ADP, PAF, etc.) up to date by immediate updates along with any changes of HR (new hire, termination, internal transfer, promotion, merit increase, etc.)

Others

  • Work with expatriate vendor to assist expatriate legal processes
  • Assist HR training activities and other HR ad-hoc tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related; master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations plus one or more additional core areas of HR 
  • Familiar with Chinese labor laws
  • Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English required
  • Easy-going approach and willing to help
