relief, rehabilitation, protection of human rights, post-conflict development, resettlement
services and advocacy for those uprooted or affected by conflict and oppression. A non-
profit, non-governmental agency, the IRC has been working in Iraq since 2003.
This Notice of Sale informs the general public that the IRC will offer for sale by auction of
below Generator with the below description:

The generator may be inspected at 10:00 am on 22 nd April, 2021 at the Iraq/Kirkuk/ Noor
City 2 Shoraw Villa 183/185/187
Offers to purchase must be received by the IRC in sealed envelopes no later than 2:00pm
on 27 th April, 2021
Submitted offers will be opened and reviewed by the IRC on 29th April, 2021 at 10:00am
and the successful bidders will be informed on 2nd of May, 2021.
Send sealed offers to the IRC for the attention of IRC-Erbil Office- Quattro Towers-
Building A- 23 rd Floor- Apartment#12 or Iraq/Kirkuk/ Noor City 2 Shoraw Villa 183/185/187.
Mark the envelope “Offer of generator Purchase”. Note that any un-sealed offers will be
rejected by the IRC.
