Nos es grato dirigirnos a usted a fin de solicitarle la presentación de una Propuesta para la provisión de servicios de “Acompañamiento y Preparación para la Implementación de un ERP”, SDP-11-2021. Si está interesado en presentar una Propuesta en respuesta a esta SDP, podrá presentarla dentro del Plazo de Presentación de Propuestas establecido hasta el día 13 de mayo del 2021 a las 11:59 P.M. hora NY, conforme a los requisitos y el procedimiento establecidos en esta SDP y en el sistema eTendering https://etendering.partneragencies.org). En la preparación de su Propuesta le rogamos utilice y rellene el formulario adjunto en el Anexo 2.

Se agradece confirmar recibo/revisión de esta SdP mediante la función “Accept Invitation” (Aceptar invitación) en el sistema eTendering. Su Propuesta deberá estar redactada en español y será válida por un período mínimo de sesenta (60) días.
En el curso de la preparación de la Propuesta, será responsabilidad de usted asegurarse de que subirla al sistema eTendering en la fecha límite o con anterioridad a dicha fecha. Las propuestas recibidas por el PNUD fuera del plazo indicado, por cualquier razón, no serán tomadas en consideración. Le rogamos se asegure de que su oferta está debidamente firmada y salvaguardada en formato pdf, libre de cualquier tipo de virus o archivos dañados.
