The UNDP Turkmenistan Country Office is seeking proposals from potential candidates for provision of Individual Consultancy services for development and presentation of capacity development plans of the Blind and Deaf Society of Turkmenistan (BDST) and business strategies for three social enterprises of the BDST as described in the Terms of Reference. |
