We are searching for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Reporting Specialist. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage paid search, display, and video campaigns and be responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of reports, including those intended for executive staff meetings. These campaigns and reports are vital for the Broadcast Department’s fundraising efforts, which generate tens of millions of dollars in donations annually and advise leadership decisions at the highest level.

Job Duties

• Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.

• Proactively research, plan and deploy new paid search, display, and video campaigns.

  1. Determine and set up ad group and keyword strategies and ad copy.

  2. Analyze keywords, ads, bids, and conversions, creating multiple ads and split testing across multiple ad groups to ensure the best optimization.

  3. Identify most effective landing pages and implement tracking links.

• Retain active Google Ads certifications and knowledge of relevant current events in the industry.

• Work directly with the Vice President of Broadcast and the SEM & Media Buying Manager to identify new reporting needs.

• Proactively identify areas of improvement for existing reporting efforts and maintain the systems as they evolve to fit organizational needs.

• Manage, produce, and analyze reports using Tableau and other tools to illustrate and summarize the results of Broadcast marketing campaigns. These reports are delivered weekly to the VP of Broadcast and are used in meetings with the COO and CEO.

• Maintain written procedures for each report.

• Notify Departments within the ministry of upcoming campaigns and coordinate with them as needed to ensure quality response.

• Perform work as requested by the Vice President of Broadcast and/or SEM & Media Buying Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns

• Experience creating Tableau reports and datasets

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to drive thought leadership and growth through reporting and SEM efforts

• Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and suggest reasonable solutions

• Must be willing to work at both a strategic and tactical level

• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work with teams across all levels of the organization

• Excellent knowledge of computer applications, in particular, proficiency required in MS Word and MS Excel

• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tableau
