Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Specialist, the Senior Administrative Associate is accountable for the overall data generation and reporting of UNICEF premises and vehicles globally as well as the funds allocated for construction and renovation works in all premises of UNICEF country offices. He/she will also update premises data with details of available facilities, sharing agencies and staff, agreement validation, use of funds for construction/renovation etc. He / She is also responsible for the follow-up and data update and support of asset records in vision.

High school (12 grade) complete complemented with university course in areas of Administrative Management

A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, in administrative works.

Previous hands-on-work experience in a data management and analysis works.

Previous experience on budget preparation and control functions

Prior work experience with other UN entities and government on administrative, logistics, financial and protocol matters is highly desirable.
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.
- Experience/Knowledge of report writing
- Adept knowledge of Microsoft
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
