The Role
The role of Protection Assistant is diversified community-based protection programs on ground providing the opportunity to explore creativity in implementation and offers a learning environment for growing strong in protection field.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a dynamic person with minimum 2 years’ experience in community-based protection programming in host or camp or related field and basic understanding of protection issues including the constraints, sensitivities and risks associated with such work and Proven experience in different types of data-gathering methodology (surveys, focus group discussions and key informant interviews). University degree at Bachelor’s level in a relevant discipline. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in speaking Chittagong dialect.
