This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of our new Strategic Plans and accompanying MEAL frameworks in collaboration with our overseas offices and global teams as Brooke enters its new Strategic period. We are looking for a professional with solid skills in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, with a special focus on reporting.

You will have strong background in Planning and MEAL methodologies. You will also have some experience in Project Management. We need someone who can build good relationships across the world and facilitate the development of Strategic Plans (under the guidance of the Head of Department) and advise in the development of robust and proportionate MEAL frameworks. In order to excel in this post you will be flexible and adaptable whilst maintaining the rigour needed to enable the right information, to the right people at the right time.
