Since the inception of its work, the Ombudsman has set the strategic priorities to strengthen its oversight and protection mandate through enlargening the scope of its work nationally, and to improve the quality of its services. In 2020, with the support of UNDP Mozambique, the Ombudsman adopted its new Strategic Plan for the period 2020-2024. The plan, along other objectives, foresees in its Strategic Pillar 3 the goal to “improve the capacity of intervention of the Ombudsman and the Ombudsman Office with a focus on the accessibility and quality of its services to citizens.” |

Duties and Responsibilities |

The consultant will work closely to the technical team within the Ombudsman Office to design the Case Management System. The process will be fully collaborative and will entail: |
