What we are looking for

We are looking for Partnership (Grant) Finance Officer to support the country teams with partner and program management team which are fundamental to the achievement of the objectives of Oxfam’s strategic plan in Indonesia. The Partnership (Grant) Finance Officer will report to Finance Coordinator in country office. The purpose of this job is to work with Sr. Logistic officer in managing the procurements, and assets safe documents storage, maintenance of office building, working with partners to build their capacity on good logistics management, ensure compliance and practice internal controls in order to minimize the occurrence of fraud in the logistic department.

The Role

Our next role will require;

  • 5-7 years’ of budgeting, financial reporting and financial systems work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economic or relevant field
  • Experience in sub-grant and contract management, supporting partners (NGOs/CBOs) on financial management, capacity building and delivering training.
  • Willingness to travel for project financial monitoring.
  • Audits experience
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to details and strong computer literacy, with proven experience of computerized accounting packages. Strong proven experience in using Excel spreadsheets (Desirable)
  • Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs. Ability to work within minimal supervision (Desirable)
  • Good Time management Skills (Desirable)
