Assist staff with program activities, events, and workshops. Assist in research on a variety of topics, trends, and technical areas relevant to ABA ROLI’s work. Assist in preparing reports and presentations. Perform other duties as assigned.

ABA Department/Section/Entity: American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative Asia Division

Work Location: Remote/telework (U.S. locations only).

Unpaid: This is an unpaid internship. Participation in the internship is not an offer of employment, and successful completion of the internship program does not entitle the selected intern to an employment offer from the ABA.

Intern’s profile:

  • Background and/or demonstrated interest in International Affairs, International Development Studies
  • Preferred candidates will have knowledge of or interest in Asia;
  • Strong writing skills are desired; and
  • Proactive interest in ABA ROLI’s work.
