Position: Administration & Development Coordinator
Location: Brussels (with regular travel to Athens)
Starting date: 1.12.2020
Required
- Minimum five years in non-profits administration, preferably with an international scope of work and/or culture
- Experience and knowledge of accounting and budgeting
- Experience of daily office administration
- Impeccable organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Enthusiastic interest in the arts
- Understanding of the needs and work processes of a small organization
- Fluent in English, and excellent French (spoken and written)
- Deep familiarity with online office tools
- EU passport or residency
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of the office and the organization’s activities
- Preparing and filing the bookkeeping for the external accountant and auditor, including being the contact person and the follow-up
- Updating and managing the support infrastructure for the programming, including contracts and payments
- Drafting funding reports, both financial and narrative, and supporting the writing of funding applications
- Organizing staff, artists, and collaborators travels
- Managing personnel administration
- Ensuring the organization’s administration complies with European procedural standards
