The Supply Chain Advisor has technical and programmatic leadership for planning, managing, and reporting on all supply chain management activities for the USAID Health Office. S/he provides guidance, monitoring and technical support to USAID, the Interagency U.S. Government Mission in Liberia, the GOL, USAID/Liberia Implementing Partners (IP), technical counterparts and other donor agencies in the design, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of Liberia’s supply chain management of health commodities.

The Senior Supply Chain Advisor coordinates across US Government (USG) agencies to manage activities in strengthening and supporting the health commodities sector. S/he is an essential senior advisor to the Health Team and the Liberian Government (GOL) and plays a key role within the broader USG country team, providing strategic and technical expertise relevant to USAID programs, and guiding the USG’s overall approach and strategy for supply chain issues.

SELECTION PROCESS:
