Responsibilities:
- Create Sales Orders on NetSuite in accordance to the Enterprise Agreements; once approved, preparer accounts receivable invoices and credit memos as needed.
- Generate reports detailing billing schedules and PO status to ensure that all current deals and renewals are processed timely.
- Maintain customer onboarding and the accuracy of customer database records
- Support our global sales teams regarding questions about billing and contracts and other accounting team members with any questions about billing and contracts.
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual close process through preparation of account reconciliation schedules (including AR reconciliation and allowance for doubtful accounts) and JE’s. Also assist with annual external audit activities and quarterly reviews.
- Support special projects (e.g. system implementations) and process/control improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- BA degree in Accounting or other Finance related field
- Experience with order to cash cycle and general ledger close process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup in MS Excel
- Working knowledge of NetSuite
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail resulting in consistently reliable, accurate and thorough work
- Organized and able to manage time efficiently and plan and perform multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot and work in a customer-service oriented environment
- Knowledge of GAAP, specifically ASC 606 revenue accounting useful.
- BiLingual in Spanish and English
