Program Administration

Drafts Letters of Grant, Letters of Amendment, Letters of Contract and correspondence related to the activities of CARE Project of the Peace and Stability Program of the Foundation.

Provides administrative and logistical supports to ulama consultants in the development of Khutbah and modules on peace, tolerance, harmony, moderation, and compassion.

Collates the Monthly Schedule of Activities of CARE Project and send it to the Senior Program Officer.

Collects the Quarterly CARE Activity Log and compile it as part of the quarterly report.

Monitors reporting schedules and due dates of Consultants Contracts and Sub-award Agreements.

Conducts monitoring visitss to CARE partners to assess and ensure that activities are conducted as planned.

Coordinates regularly with Senior Program Officer and CARE partners on project updates.

Provides administrative and logistical assistance to CARE Project i.e. travel arrangements, events/training/workshop organizing and management

Represents the Foundation’s CARE Project as directed by the Senior Program Officer.

Tracks the CARE project expenditures and targets.

Sub-Awards Administration

Manages the unit’s filing system (i.e. Consultants’ contracts, Sub-Awards Agreements) both electronic and hard copy.

Mentors CARE partners on proper financial recording and narrative reporting.

Other Support

Provide assistance to The Asia Foundation-Philippines’ internal activities (i.e. staff outing, staff training, TAF events) as directed.

Other duties as assigned by the Country Representative, Deputy Country Representative and Senior Program Officer.
