  Experience / Training   Job Summary: The Global Safety and Risk Manager will report to INSO’s Director of Operations and will be responsible for ensuring that INSO country offices (COs) are both appropriately planned for and addressed within INSO’s Global Security Policy framework. The incumbent will monitor each CO’s compliance with INSO’s Security Policy

  Experience / Training   Education and experience • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar. • Relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits, remuneration analysis, HR policy development, function grid management • Required MSF (or INGO) field experience within the humanitarian field (in HR , Administration or Coordination positions) • Available for regular travels
