YOUR PROFILE :
- You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in related field
- You have more than 5 years working experience as program/business developer, grant manager, or similar background
- You ideally have a Previous experience working in humanitarian programs in the Middle East/in remote management
- You are Able to work as part of multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
- You are Organised, flexible and have Excellent interpersonal skills
- you show Initiative and creative thinking, patience, sensitivity and tact
Salaire
CONDITIONS:
- Starting date : 1st of December
- Length of the contract: 24 month
- Employee status, according to experience:
Employee:
- Salary from 2757 € gross/month regarding the experience of the candidate
- Perdiem : 609,96 net/month
- Insurances : medical hearth coverage, retirement planning, repatriation
- Paid holiday : 25 days per year
- R&R : Level 1 : 1 day per month
- Status : position open to couples/families/unaccompanied
- Housing : Collective / individual taken in charge by HI
