UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia, Partnerships Section is seeking an expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified Individual consultants to support the needs of the country offices in building partnerships with private and public sectors and IFIs as well as in mobilizing resources within the region and beyond. Individual consultants that meet the requirements of this EOI will be placed on a roster and may be invited to submit proposals related to digital health planning, design and deployment for which specific Terms of Reference would be provided.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- An advanced university degree (Masters or Higher) is required in one of the following fields: business administration, international relations, political science, international law, communications, international development, fundraising; or another relevant technical field
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: public affairs, programme management, resource mobilization, external relations, human rights, child rights and business, corporate responsibility, or other relevant area.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: public affairs, programme management, resource mobilization, external relations, human rights, child rights and business, corporate responsibility, or other relevant area.
- In-depth knowledge of partnership development and resource mobilization; advanced skills in proposals/reports writing; previous successful experience in developing partnership, resource mobilization or fundraising strategies; human rights, children’s rights and business, or responsible business conduct; knowledge of the donor landscape in ECA countries and the work of UNICEF at CO level, is considered an asset; relevant marketing/business experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other UN languages considered an asset.

Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
